❤️ PROTECTING ONE YOUNG HEART AT A TIME ❤️
This is what our mission looks like in action.
On September 10, 2026, Fran and Frank Reali, on behalf of Protecting One Young Heart at a Time, In Memory of Frank J. Reali, 3rd, proudly presented a $25,000 donation to Staten Island University Hospital to help continue the heart testing that means so much to our family, our foundation, and our community.
But this is more than a check.
It is children being screened.
It is families receiving answers.
It is early detection.
It is an opportunity to find a heart condition before it becomes a tragedy. ❤️

Standing beside the very heart-testing equipment funded through the foundation is a powerful reminder of why we started and why we will never stop.
To date, more than 5,000 children have been screened, with approximately 19% identified with heart-related findings requiring further attention, and these screenings have been provided free of charge to families.
What began from the unimaginable loss of Frank J. Reali, 3rd has become a mission dedicated to protecting other young hearts and giving families something we wish every family could have: the chance to know.
We are incredibly grateful to Staten Island University Hospital and everyone who continues to stand beside us in this mission.
$25,000. One mission. Thousands of young hearts. And we are not finished. ❤️
Early Detection Saves Lives.
